You will...Lead, develop, and oversee the Risk Management Unit in São Paolo, Brazil.Oversee day-to-day handling of risk management cases across all systems and platforms relevant to the team.Manage complex chargeback cases, compromised accounts, and fund recovery efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Act as the point of escalation for internal and external communications related to serious risk concerns, verifications, and follow-ups.Coordinate with cross-functional units (fraud, compliance, legal, customer support) to enhance risk detection and prevention capabilitiesConduct regular team meetings to share updates, collect feedback, and reinforce process changes.Prepare and present different reports.QualificationsComponents for success.
