As a skilled Flutter developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating the next-generation medical software platform for dermatology practices in the U.S.Our product automates clinical documentation, coding, and workflows — and our Flutter app is at the core of how doctors interact with it.You will collaborate with a small, fast-moving start-up (U.S.-based) with a LATAM engineering team to develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.We are seeking an experienced professional with 7+ years of total coding experience, 2+ years in Flutter/Dart, strong knowledge of Flutter framework, proficiency with Node.js/TypeScript, and experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.Build and maintain our cross-platform Flutter app, with a tablet-first design and a slimmed-down phone experience.Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.Design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.In addition to these key responsibilities, you will have opportunities to contribute to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scaling.You will enjoy equity participation in a high-growth U.S. start-up, a fully remote-friendly environment with LATAM-based teammates, direct impact on your code being used by real doctors daily, a collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment where you own your work, and work with cutting-edge tech and modern AI-driven development practices.
