Responsibilities
Field Support Analyst role focusing on learning and career transformation.
Provide Desk Side support: Laptops/Desktops, thin client, basic printer support.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware or software issues.
Hardware repair (break fix) and software repair (break fix).
Manage Break-Fix services with a dedicated Desk Side engineer at each site.
Maintain, update, and oversee computer networks; assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting.
Provide training and assistance to IT technicians and help desk staff.
Design computer systems to meet organizational needs.
Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding computer systems and hardware issues.
Ensure proper logging and documentation of all issues; monitor daily system performance.
Submit detailed reports for technical assistance requests, including resolutions, dates, times, and involved personnel.
Install and configure computer applications.
Support at Desk Side (on-site) and Remote Desk Side where coverage is not constant; 7x24 coverage for Manufacturing Plants and business hours in other locations.
Portuguese language required (English as a Second Language).
