Markem-Imaje (MI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dover Corporation, connects products and protects brands through intelligent identification, traceability and consumer engagement solutions.We offer the industry's most comprehensive range of marking and coding systems seamlessly integrated with trusted software, services and consumables.Over 50,000 customers worldwide partner with us to help them unlock the power of information in codes.With decades of proven expertise provided through the most extensive global network, we empower our customers to optimize supply chain efficiencies, achieve sustainability and compliance objectives, keep products safe and engage their consumers.This is intelligence, beyond the mark.The roleThis position within the Global FP&A organization is highly visible and strategic.Responsible for managing the company's pricing strategy execution for Services.Provide financial support and analysis for Services in order to support profitable growth and transparency.Responsible for managing and developing the company's Business Insight solutions.What you will do :Financial planning and analysisDevelop and align the AOP initial target for Services business division.Analyze and report Services financial results vs Target and vs prior year.Translate business actions related to productivities into financial results.Pricing and Discount managementActively participate in reshaping a more agile process to achieve our strategic pricing objectives.Ensure the end-to-end pricing management from List price setting in local currency to Net price after discounting is aligned with our strategic goals.Participate in AOP strategic decisions with company top management, define price impact targets by zone and nature, collect and challenge commercial operations feedback.Input as required into compensation and rewards mechanism.Develop business insights on pricing and discounting trends.Business and technical support on pricing and discounting issues.BI ManagementSupport the Commercial team through design and implementation of relevant insights & reports as per business needs.Coordinate the accessibility of other reports & dashboards through the Commercial BI home page; develop and implement BI roadmap.Ensure data security is maintained while providing the right information to the right people.Continuous innovation and communication with new functionalities, requirements and solutions.Manage and support BI integrations.What you need to haveEducational background in Finance, with a solid experience in FP&A for industrial or sales activities.Proven track record as a financial professional in a data-driven environment.Experience in implementations of company-wide BI solutions, preferably Power BI or Tableau.Strong background in working with and understanding data with a hands-on approach.Strong business acumen, structured, ability to respect deadlines.Excellent communication skills.Results driven, problem solving.English is a must.Any other language is a plus.What we offerA great job, highly professional environment and friendly work cultureGrowth Opportunities within international environmentPerformance based yearly merit increaseHome-Office policy (2-3 days / week working from home)Health Care insuranceDental insuranceLife InsuranceRecruitment Referral bonusMeal vouchersJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: Hybrid remote in Barueri - SP#J-*****-Ljbffr
