Toradex is a global company strongly focused on engineering & technology.We're powered by a diverse & uniquely gifted workforce.We pursue the best people to propel our innovative vision of embedded computing and IoT.If you're interested in being a driving force at an agile technology company, engineering clever computing solutions & helping other companies bring their products to life, we should talk.We serve innovative products to industrial, medical, automotive and IoT companies creating feature-rich & intelligent systems for demanding applications, e.g. supercars, self-driving tractors, anomaly detection using artificial intelligence at the edge, and patient monitoring systems – to name a few.Our products are directly sold to more than 3,000 industrial customers in over 70 different countries worldwide.Toradex's Brazil office hosts parts of the Global Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams, composed of several engineers working on diverse tasks with global reach.Toradex teams are mission-oriented, high-performing collaborative, and empowered to innovate & improve products & services (including open-source projects) for the benefit of our customers and the industry.As an Developer Experience EngineerYour mission is to remove friction for engineers using Toradex solutions.You'll create technical documentation, demos, reproducible references, and automation that let customers go from prototype to production faster.You will drive our efforts to have the best technical support experience in the industry, including assisting customers through our AI-powered developer community.You'll work closely with R&D, Product and Marketing and be the voice of developers inside Toradex.Your responsibilities will include:Contribute to our self-service support through one-to-many support resources (documentation, community forum), artificial intelligence and support automationBe a key stakeholder in the overall user experience of Toradex products, with a focus on softwareMake complex technical concepts easy to understand for Toradex target customers, with a focus on our software, cloud and security solutions, like TorizonInteract with customers using our support channels (email, community, documentation)Help scale our support by updating documentation based on direct interactions with customersRequirementsHold a Bachelor's or Master's degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.Availability to work from the Toradex Office in Campinas/ SP at least 4 days a weekExperience communicating about products and technical concepts in developer forums, webinars, blogs, or talksPrevious experience contributing to software releases or feature launches and preparing clear developer communicationsFamiliarity with Git: Managed (possibly jointly) a Git Repository with multiple contributorsKnowledge of programming patterns and anti-patternsExperience with CI/CDComfortable with C/C++ and Python;
