Job Description:Turing accelerates frontier research with high-quality data, specialized talent, and training pipelines that advance thinking, reasoning, coding, multimodality, and STEM.This role is responsible for carrying talents through the selection process, executing operational steps involved, such as scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, reporting statuses, and interacting with internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution: Manage candidate-related operational steps, including communication, scheduling, conducting interviews, coordinating availability, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates and handoffs while keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, develop SOPs, and implement automation solutions.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining productivity and quality under high-volume conditions.Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency.Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to company policies, process playbooks, and quality standards, supporting audits and reporting efforts.Adaptability & Collaboration: Operate effectively in dynamic environments by switching contexts, collaborating across time zones, and maintaining accountability and clear communication.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field.Experience: 3–6 years at Operations within digital business or Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, at a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to manage databases and process them into reports and insights.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), conveying complex information clearly to both candidates and internal stakeholders.Organization & Prioritization: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.Process Orientation: Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, document workflows, and implement process improvements or automation initiatives.Stakeholder Management: Skilled at partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate operational support.Adaptability: Comfortable working across global time zones, shifting priorities, and high-volume pipelines in a dynamic, scaling environment.Benefits:Amazing work cultureAwesome colleaguesCompetitive compensationFlexible working hours
