As we expand into new verticals, including an upcoming men's health platform, we're hiring world-class talent across product design, front-end and back-end engineering, digital marketing, and operations management to join us early and help build the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.About The RoleWe're looking for a full-time Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead end-to-end development across modern web applications using React and Node.js.
In this role, you'll architect and ship new products, mentor other developers, and collaborate across teams.
You'll set the bar for quality, scalability, and performance — while also contributing to a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and growth.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement complex full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Node.js/Express (backend)Lead technical decision-making, from database schema design to infrastructure setupDevelop and maintain scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIsOwn deployments and infrastructure (AWS), including CI/CD and monitoringCollaborate with cross-functional teams on product design, requirements, and roadmapsConduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor mid-level/junior developersIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability issuesStay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate their fit for our stackRequirements5+ years of professional experience in full-stack developmentStrong expertise in React, including component architecture, hooks, state managementDeep experience with Node.js and Express, including API design and performance optimizationSolid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.)Experience integrating third-party services like Stripe for paymentsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-codeStrong communication and leadership skills; experience mentoring or managing devs is a plusA proactive, ownership-driven mindsetWhat's in it for you?
