Our Vision for SuccessWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Manager to join our team.This key role is responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a strong understanding of customer needs, and excellent communication skills.They will be able to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Main Responsibilities:Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.Cross-Selling and Upselling: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.Regular Account Reviews: Conduct regular account reviews and provide insightful business reviews to customers.,
