Job Title: Senior Software EngineerJob OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our innovative team in Brazil.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to company-wide initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Elixir, Ruby, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Kafka, AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.This role involves developing high-quality, performant, and testable code that meets the highest standards of excellence.You will collaborate closely with team members on feature development, review pull requests, and provide constructive feedback.Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying user-facing code to production and partnering with product and engineering management to deliver solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy featuresDevelop expertise in emerging technologies and apply them to drive business valueContribute to technical decision-making and shape the software's future directionMaintain high standards of coding quality, performance, and securityRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)3-5+ years of experience in software engineeringStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience with reusable components and building component librariesUnderstanding of production-ready web applications and systemsPassion for testing practices and continuous improvementExperience with Elixir, Erlang, Ruby, Javascript, Next.js, or other programming languagesFamiliarity with tools such as IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git, TypeScript, version control, and remote deploymentBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceKnowledge of event-based architectures, database fundamentals, and GraphQLEnthusiasm for problem-solving and curiosity about retail/e-commerce, high-end consignment market, and sustainable circular economy for luxury goods
