DescriçãoEstamos em busca de um(a)HR Business Partnerpara atuar de forma estratégica em nossa concessionária, apoiando diretamente as lideranças na tomada de decisões relacionadas a pessoas e contribuindo ativamente no processo dereestruturação organizacional.Atividades:Atuar como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) das lideranças, apoiando na definição e execução de estratégias de pessoas;Conduzir processos de reestruturação organizacional, apoiando transições e assegurando comunicação clara e eficaz;Implementar políticas, práticas e projetos de RH alinhados à cultura e objetivos da concessionária;Conduzir processos de recrutamento, seleção e integração de novos talentos;Identificar necessidades de capacitação e desenvolvimento, propondo planos de treinamento;Conduzir indicadores de clima, turnover, absenteísmo e performance, propondo melhorias;Conduzir a gestão de conflitos e promover um ambiente de trabalho positivo e colaborativo;Conduzir ações de endomarketing e engajamento interno;Garantir conformidade com a legislação trabalhista e acordos sindicais do setor.Requisitos ObrigatóriosFormação superior completa em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada como Business Partner ou função similar, preferencialmente em ambientes dereestruturação e transformação cultural;Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e relações sindicais;Habilidade em gestão de mudanças, negociação e comunicação assertiva;Perfil estratégico, com visão de negócio e foco em resultados;Desejável vivência em empresas do segmento automotivo ou varejo.
