W e s t C o a s t , U S AOverviewAISAP is building the next generation of AI powered point of care ultrasound solutions used by clinicians at the bedside and in outpatient settings.We are hiring a Sales Director to own revenue growth across the West Coast region.This is a senior individual contributor role.You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, managing complex healthcare sales cycles, and closing new business across clinics and health systems.This role requires a true hunter mindset with a strong bias toward outbound activity and new logo acquisitionKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end to end sales execution for the West Coast territory with a focus on new logo acquisition across clinics, hospitals, and health systemsProactively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, targeted account outreach, events, and referralsSell to a broad set of buyer personas including physicians, clinic operators, department chairs, hospital executives, IT, and finance leadersLead fast moving, results driven sales processes for both private clinic groups and hospital systemsDrive pilots, clinical evaluations, and conversions to commercial agreementsManage and accurately forecast pipeline using CRM toolsCoordinate closely with AISAP's clinical, product, and customer success teams during evaluations and deploymentsRepresent AISAP at onsite demos, conferences, and executive level meetingsConsistently meet or exceed revenue targetsWhy Join AISAP- AISAP is at an inflection point in its US expansion.This role offers the opportunity to own a critical region, close marquee clinic and health system accounts, and play a direct role in scaling adoption of AI powered ultrasound across both outpatient and inpatient care settings.You will work closely with leadership, influence commercial strategy, and help define howAISAP grows in the US marketRequired Qualifications5 to 7 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role, with the majority of experienceselling healthcare technologyProven success selling into clinics, physician groups, hospitals, and health systemsDemonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and close deals independently acrossdifferent care settingsExperience managing complex healthcare sales cycles with urgency and disciplineStrong executive presence with comfort engaging physicians and senior healthcareleadershipStrong hunter mindset with urgency and persistenceComfortable operating in a dynamic, fast growing, entrepreneurial environmentAbility to operate autonomously with a high level of ownership and accountabilityWillingness to travel extensively across the Midwest regionPreferred QualificationsExperience selling AI powered healthcare solutionsBackground in medical imaging, cardiology, or point of care ultrasoundUnderstanding of clinic operations, hospital procurement, contracting, and compliance processesReporting StructureThis role reports to the GM US / VP of Sales.Why Join AISAPAISAP is at an inflection point in its US expansion.This role offers the opportunity to own a critical region, close marquee clinic and health system accounts, and play a direct role in scaling adoption of AI powered ultrasound across both outpatient and inpatient care settings.You will work closely with leadership, influence commercial strategy, and help define howAISAP grows in the US market#J-*****-Ljbffr
