This is your moment.What You'll Be Doing:Develop backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations;Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen);Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites;Debug and resolve complex production issues;Analyze customer profiles for risk management and onboarding;Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other engineering teams;Mentor and develop other engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence;What You Need To Succeed:Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development;Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills;Experience with service-oriented architectures and complex distributed systems at scale;Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem and regulatory requirements;Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka);Advanced English communication skills;The Future We See:At CloudWalk, we envision a future where AI empowers every field to reach new heights:• People teams leveraging AI to transform talent acquisition and employee development.
