As a trusted partner to over 1,000 Communications Service Providers (CSPs) across 180+ countries, Mobileum empowers telcos to thrive in a world of constant disruption.We deliver the insights, automation, and actionable intelligence needed to monetize innovation, safeguard networks, and elevate customer experience.Headquartered in Silicon Valley with a global footprint spanning Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas, Mobileum operates at the intersection of connectivity, intelligence, and growth.The Mobileum Global Project Management Team consists of Project Managers who deliver the contracted scope of work to our customers.We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT projects in the telecommunications sector.This role will manage end-to-end delivery of revenue assurance and/or fraud-prevention software solutions for major telecom operators across Brazil and Latin America.Key Responsibilities / FunctionsPlan, lead, and deliver multiple concurrent projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.Oversee project financial milestones, including billing control, cost management, and revenue recognition.Lead and inspire multicultural implementation teams across different countries and time zones as part of a matrix-based organization.Prepare and deliver operational and executive status presentations to stakeholders and customers.Supervise implementation teams, proactively managing risks and issue resolution.Support sales activities by reviewing and validating technical proposals and SOWs, providing effort estimates, and creating deployment schedules.Ensure adherence to recognized IT project management methodologies and best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business (major in Computing) or applicable Industry experienceMinimum 10 years ´ experience in hands on IT project management, including complex, long-duration projects (10+ people, 1+ year duration).Minimum 5 years' experience in delivering Telco-related Enterprise Software solutions, preferably with strong knowledge of BSS/OSS architectureMinimum 5 years' experience creating and managing project budgets and managing project profitabilityMinimum 5 years' experience scoping, forecasting, issue and risk management.Minimum 5 years' experience managing multiple projects with proven experience managing distributed teams in remote, multicultural environments Matrix Organization.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project (or similar).PMP certification or at least in-depth knowledge of PMP Methodology is highly desirable.Desired Competencies & Soft SkillsProven experience in working within a 100% Matrix based organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working directly with both business and technical stakeholders Strong interpersonal and leadershipHands on Personality by showing and demonstrating to the team.Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects in parallel.Financial acumen to manage budgets, costs, and revenue recognition.Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and a track record of delivering high-quality results.Language: for this role fluent Portuguese and English are required Travel: up to 50% travel
