Infrastructure ExpertiseWe are seeking a seasoned professional to maintain and enhance real-time data systems for global trading and data services.This includes managing alert and incident resolution, system improvements, and uptime assurance.Data Quality Assurance: Resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis while collaborating with vendors to resolve data discrepancies.On-call Support: Provide on-call assistance, incident management, problem resolution, and change management.Data Timeliness and Accuracy: Ensure optimal data accuracy and timeliness in real-time environments while implementing monitoring tools to detect data anomalies.Market Data Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with regional and global teams to share knowledge and expertise, enhancing the team's capability and providing high-quality services.L2 Alert Resolution: Manage alerts requiring technical knowledge, creating and updating resolutions in knowledge bases, run books, scripts, and ITRS rules where applicable.Incident Lifecycle Management: Manage incidents from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in production environments.Change Management Process: Manage production changes to the ticker plant, including mandatory updates, content, software changes/upgrades performed by vendors or internal teams.Additional Responsibilities:Release ManagementEvent ManagementUser SupportReportingRequirementsMinimum Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or production support roles.Linux System Administration Expertise: Highly skilled in Linux System Administration.Windows Operating Systems Knowledge: Experienced in Windows operating systems.Scripting Proficiency: Proficient in scripting languages (Bash and/or Python preferred).Networking Skills: Experienced in networking and connectivity skills, e.g., multicast, routing, switches, TCP/IP.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and oral/written English skills are essential.ITIL Foundation Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL Foundation principles and best practices.Financial IT Environments Experience: Prior experience in banking, investment, or other financial IT environments is beneficial.Nice-to-Have SkillsITRS Geneos, EXEGY, or Market Data Platforms: Experience with ITRS Geneos, EXEGY (Wombat/Vela), or Market Data platforms (Refinitiv TREP/RTDS, Bloomberg).AWS ECS, AWS VPC, or Google Cloud: Familiarity with AWS ECS, AWS VPC, Google Cloud.Github/GitLab and Automation Pipelines: Experience with GitHub/GitLab and automation pipelines.
