Visit our website or our career page HERE Summary As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution for the TV, Monitor, and Audio category. Your focus will be on driving market share growth, ensuring product line profitability, and strengthening relationships with the major players in both physical retail and e-commerce in Brazil. You will work closely with the product, trade channel, logistics, and supply teams to ensure that our technological innovations reach consumers' homes. Responsibilities Strategic Account Management: Lead JBP negotiations with key strategic partners. P&L Management: Manage the sales funnel, from margin planning to controlling commercial budgets and in-store investment. Forecasting and Supply Chain: Collaborate with the planning team to ensure balance between sell-in and sell-out, adequately managing inventory and sales challenges. Team Leadership: Coordinate and develop the KAMs team and align execution with the Trade Marketing and Promoters team. Product: Lead the go-to-market execution, ensuring the exposure of all segment technologies (UHD, QLED, OLED, etc). Requirements Experience: Solid experience in the commercial area, with a proven track record in the Consumer Goods or FMCG market; Relationship: Active network of contacts with buyers and directors of major national retailers; Analytical skills: Advanced Excel and BI tools to monitor KPIs; Advanced English.
