You thrive in designing scalable, high-performance solutions and enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will lead the development of robust applications, including but not limited to the Salesforce ecosystem, and work closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with strategic goals. This is a hands-on role with a focus on technical leadership, architecture, and end-to-end delivery.Lead sprint planning, estimation, and delivery efforts in Agile or hybrid Agile environmentsLead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications using platforms such as Salesforce, Experience Cloud, and integration tools like MuleSoft or othersArchitect scalable and secure solutions that support complex business processes across various systemsBuild and maintain custom components and backend logic using technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or similar frameworksCollaborate on the design and launch of customer-facing portals and experiences, ensuring seamless UX and consistent brandingProvide technical mentorship and support to development teamsPromote best practices in performance, scalability, testing, and securityLead Agile or hybrid Agile processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and deliveryWHAT WE REQUIRE5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on system integration, ETL, and API-based communication between business platformsExpertise in Salesforce technologies (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud) and experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similarProficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration toolsHands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsExperience leading projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to technical strategyEDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldPreferred Certifications:Salesforce Platform Developer I & IISales Cloud ConsultantExperience Cloud ConsultantApplication Architect or System Architect (a plus)TERMS OF CONTRACTThis role is paid in USD.
