KOL Operations Specialist – Infinix Brazil (São Paulo) Location: São Paulo, BrazilDepartment: MarketingIndustry: Smartphone RetailAbout InfinixInfinix is a global smartphone brand committed to delivering cutting-edge technology and stylish design to young consumers.With a strong presence in emerging markets, we're expanding our footprint in Brazil and looking for passionate talent to help us grow.Role OverviewWe're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented KOL Operations Specialist to join our São Paulo team.You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (influencers), ensuring impactful collaborations that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and retail conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, onboard, and manage KOLs across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) relevant to the smartphone and tech retail spaceCoordinate product seeding, campaign execution, and content delivery with KOLsTrack performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and generate actionable insightsCollaborate with marketing and retail teams to align influencer campaigns with product launches and in-store promotionsNegotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely payments and reportingMaintain a database of KOLs, campaign results, and market trendsMonitor competitor activity and emerging influencer strategies in the smartphone industryRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or retailStrong understanding of Brazil's digital landscape and influencer ecosystemExcellent communication and negotiation skillsData-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking tools and ExcelFluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in EnglishPassion for mobile technology and youth culture
