Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement expert to evaluate the current architecture and identify opportunities for improvement.The ideal candidate will assess the entity model, configuration, and customizations, as well as integrations with Dataverse APIs, ESB messaging, and web services.Key responsibilities include analyzing data flows, reconciliations, and environment promotion processes, proposing robust data governance and integration patterns, and assessing Azure DevOps pipelines and multi-environment deployment practices.A successful candidate will also recommend automation improvements for deployment reliability, review managed service frameworks, and suggest future support models.The position requires strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise module, experience with integration technologies, deep knowledge of Azure DevOps, and proven experience in CRM architecture rationalisation and modernisation.RequirementsSenior-level experience in Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementStrong understanding of integration technologies: Dataverse APIs, ESB messaging, web servicesDeep knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategiesProven experience in CRM architecture rationalisation and modernisationExperience assessing managed service models and support optimisation
