Media Buyer & Ad Operations Success Manager (Remote)We're looking for a Media Buyer & Ad Operations Success Manager to help sell our premium AI product and protect ad monetized publishers and ad tech vendors from Invalid Traffic (IVT) and fraud.Our company, MonetizeMore, has been driven by a team of 100+ talented professionals across the globe for 15 years, and we're built on the core pillars of Integrity, Collaboration, Enterprising, and Kaizen.Job OverviewWe need someone who excels in programmatic/media buying and ad tech operations to ensure the success of our advertising campaigns.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in media buying and a deep understanding of ad serving, tracking, and campaign troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Buying & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven media buys across platforms.Ad Operations & Technical Management: Oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation, and QA, and troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery, tracking, or attribution.Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights, generating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.Client & Stakeholder Success: Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams or clients on best practices and proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement.What We're Looking ForAnalytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital advertising tools and platforms.Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful in identifying issues, troubleshooting errors, and finding effective solutions.Attention to Detail: Precision in setting up campaigns, implementing ad tags, or managing publisher configurations.Communication Skills: Clarity in conveying technical details, results, and strategies to stakeholders.Client-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions.Knowledge of Ad Metrics: Understanding of key ad metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, RPM, and ad yield optimization strategies.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think ahead and align short-term actions with long-term goals.Sales Acumen: Skills to pitch ad solutions effectively, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.If you think you are a good fit to join the MonetizeMore team, please apply with specific reasons on what sets you apart.#J-*****-Ljbffr
