Cloud Data Migration SpecialistSnowflake Cloud Migration:We seek a seasoned data migration expert to spearhead the execution of a complex cloud-based data platform migration to Snowflake.As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and assume direct ownership of critical migration tasks.Main Responsibilities:Data Modeling & Architecture: Collaborate with business intelligence teams to design and implement optimized data models tailored for Snowflake.Data Migration & Engineering: Lead the technical migration of data from legacy systems to Snowflake, engineer robust extract, load, and transform pipelines within Snowflake, and implement comprehensive data quality checks.Team Integration & Delivery: Integrate seamlessly with our data team, participate in project routines, take ownership of assigned tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and create high-quality technical documentation.Required Expertise:Expert-level Snowflake: Proven expertise with the Snowflake platform, including architecture and performance optimization.Advanced Data Modeling: 4+ years of dedicated experience in data modeling and data warehousing architecture, coupled with strong analytical skills.Proven Data Migration: 4+ years of experience executing complex data warehouse migrations, with a focus on reliability and efficiency.Strong Data Engineering: Proficiency in building scalable data pipelines using SQL and modern tools, such as Apache Beam or Airflow.Execution Focus: Proven ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines, while maintaining excellent collaboration skills.Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how data models are consumed by business intelligence tools and data science workloads, enabling effective decision-making.About Us:We value talented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.If you're passionate about leading edge technologies and driving innovation, we invite you to join our team and contribute your expertise to our mission.
