We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who wants to do more than just keep the lights on.
This is a chance to design, build, and secure production-grade, cloud-native platforms that power real-world impact.About the Role:You'll be at the heart of our engineering team, scaling infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring reliability across our Azure + Kubernetes environments.
Think of it as equal parts builder, problem-solver, and guardian of performance.What You'll Do:Build and manage Azure infrastructure with Terraform (IaC)Operate and scale AKS clusters using GitOps workflows with Argo CDMaintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines & GitHub Actions)Strengthen observability with Datadog, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetryManage authentication & RBAC with Zitadel + JWTTroubleshoot distributed Go-based services (gRPC, Redis, PostgreSQL)Automate performance/load testing and harden platform securityWhat We're Looking For:3+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)Strong hands-on expertise in Azure + Kubernetes (AKS preferred)Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, GitOps, Argo CDSolid experience with Docker & Kubernetes orchestrationFamiliarity with Kafka, Elasticsearch, container security, distributed tracingStrong grasp of observability and inter-service communicationOur Tech Stack:Azure | Terraform | Kubernetes (AKS) | Argo CD | Docker | Bitbucket Pipelines | GitHub Actions | Datadog | OpenTelemetry | Redis | PostgreSQL | Kafka | Elasticsearch | Go | ZitadelThis is more than a checklist role.
