Looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter to join the Prosigliere team and support both recruitment and HR initiatives for our growing team.DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and support top talent across Latin America.This person will play a key role in recruiting technology and business profiles for both outsourcing and recruitment service models, while also contributing to HR processes and engagement initiatives within our Brazilian team.The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentRecruit technology and business profiles for clients under outsourcing and recruitment service models.Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, sending and following up on technical challenges, coordinating technical interviews, and managing the process with both internal teams and clients.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.HR SupportSupport HR initiatives such as team calls, events, activities, trainings/workshops, and all-hands meetings.Contribute to HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employer branding.Help design, document, and update internal policies and frameworks.Profile RequirementsPrevious experience in recruitment, ideally within technology or consulting companies.Strong organizational and communication skills.Interest in HR processes and people engagement.Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Advanced Portuguese and English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
