At Mouts, we deliver customized solutions that drive innovation and digital transformation, improving the way businesses operate and helping thousands of people.We are looking for aInternal Controls Managerto join our team and lead initiatives to strengthen and evolve our internal control framework, with a strong focus onSAP audit environments.Your mission will be:Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal controls;Oversee internal audits, identifying gaps and recommending improvements;Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, operational processes, and regulatory requirements (SOX, etc.);Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, etc.);Supervise and mentor internal controls analysts;Support external audits with accurate documentation and evidence.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;5+ years of experience in internal or external auditing manager, ideally in multinational environments;Solid experience with SAP audit processes and tools ;Strong analytical and communication skills;Fluent in English.Preferred qualifications:Experience in CPG industry;Knowledge of risk-based auditing methodologies and internal control evaluation techniques.Work in aglobal, performance-driven, and collaborative culture, where your ownership and proactive mindset will make an impact
