TitleIT Support (Backfill) Contract : Long termLocationJundiaí, São Paulo, BrazilScope of WorkThis is a Backfill IT Support (Deskside Support) position for one of our clients in Jundiaí, São Paulo, Brazil.The selected candidate will provide on-site technical support covering IT infrastructure, networking, data center operations, and hardware troubleshooting.You will work closely with internal teams, customer teams, and remote technical specialists to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Responsibilities include monitoring system health, supporting network devices, troubleshooting VOIP phones, managing basic server tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations following SLA guidelines.Who We Are – TecezeTeceze is a global IT solutions and managed services provider, delivering end-to-end support across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.We specialize in providing reliable, secure, and scalable IT services that empower organizations to operate seamlessly.By joining Teceze, you become part of a highly collaborative and technically strong team focused on excellence, innovation, and customer success.This role is being offered as a backfill position for one of our key clients, ensuring continuity of operations and maintaining service quality on-site.Job DescriptionBasic Knowledge of Network Devices such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points preferably CISCO, RiverbedBasics knowledge / understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLANsPatch phone ports to switch as neededBasic troubleshooting of Avaya VOIP phones (knowledge on basic configuration)Troubleshoot issues with fiber links between switches – Able to visualize errors and communicate to remote technical teamsTroubleshoot and replace network switch chassis blades when requiredGood to have understanding of any Data Center Infrastructure Management ApplicationA periodic (minimum twice weekly) visual check of the IDF rooms for cooling and power status (specifically UPS alarms and PDU health) Control-M, EMC Avamar, Data DomainBasic Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, etc...Networking and Operating System basicsAssist network and data center admins (Internal, Customer and Vendor) as required during the course of technical troubleshootingBasic knowledge about Hardware like Servers, Storage devicesKnowledge to understand Monitoring Tool outcomeBasic knowledge of ITSM tool preferably ServiceNowBasic knowledge Backup technologies preferably EMC AvamarBasic knowledge of Operating Systems- Windows **** servers Enterprise / Standard Edition, UNIX & LinuxBasic knowledge about Windows **** Active Directory structure, MS Exchange **** and File / Print ServerExperience in SLA base environmentKnowledge on Server Performance monitoring preferredCandidate should have minimum 3-5 years' experience in the above mentioned area.#J-*****-Ljbffr
