Servicenow Itom Expert

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM expert to lead the development and enhancement of our IT service management platform.The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuration management database, discovery, integrations, and related IT operational management modules.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions including configuration management database, discovery, and service mapping.Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.Lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Provide solutions that utilize most out-of-the-box features without requiring customizations.Facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns; Influence common modeling, design, and coding practices.Perform upgrade testing by validating customizations, configurations, and integrations across major and minor ServiceNow releases.Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring stability and reducing manual regression efforts.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.Maintain documentation for development and configuration.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA)About This Role:This position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITOM and excellent problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills are also necessary for success in this role.We are looking for a motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to drive project outcomes.If you are a detail-oriented, organized professional with a passion for technology, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding opportunity.
