Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional)Join to apply for the Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional) role at tl;dv - AI Meeting AssistantWe're building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market.This is not a 'make it pretty' gig.We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.About The OpportunityWe're looking for highly motivated team players to join our hungry squad.As a Brand & Marketing Designer, you'll partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Founders to:Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iteration.Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.What Success Looks LikeEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS, asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests, and a cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You AreYou have 6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house), know the category patterns, and how to break them.You have exceptional taste, refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, and edge where it counts.RequirementsPortfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work).Short note on brands you admire in AI/SaaS and why (2–3 bullets).How to ApplyEmail: ******Important: Share your LinkedIn and portfolio.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.#J-*****-Ljbffr
