Latam - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - BrazilLocation: Fully remote, global, regional and satellite offices available at your discretionEmployment Type: Full-timeCommission: YesTravel: May be required based on business demand or client requestJoin Omni Business Solutions, a global digital transformation, solutions and services company serving medium and enterprise organizations in North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC, as well as municipalities, provinces, states, federal and international entities, including military services.Position ProfileYou will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling our product line to customers and prospects.You will cultivate new business, define and qualify sales opportunities, determine engagement scope and cost projections, and formulate potential solutions based on client requirements.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProspect for new business and upgrade existing clientsBuild a robust pipeline of qualified opportunitiesComplete customer requirements analysisIdentify pain points for prospects and accountsCommunicate with technology partnersObtain and exceed assigned quotaPrepare and update business planProficient understanding and utilization of sales reportingManage your territoryFollow described fulfillment processesEnsure & submit proper, accurate, timely and complete sales and service ordersProvide product/services demonstrations and presentations online/on premiseOversee proper implementation and "hand-off" of client from sales to servicesEnsure appropriate level of industry and competitive knowledgeEffectively respond to opportunities and Request for Proposals/Information (RFQ/P/I)Attend and successfully complete training requirementsRequired QualificationsValid passportNative and fluent English, and other languagesValid driver's license and reliable transportationMinimum 5 years of experience in technology solutions sales related to at least eight of our solutions and servicesMinimum 5 years of experience managing an open territory to drive new salesMinimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership and C-Level relationship buildingUnderstanding of sales skills and techniques, complex solution selling, ability to achieve high sales volumesMinimum of four recent sales/technical certifications in business development/pre-salesAbility to perform without direct supervisionProfessional, creative and dynamic presence and ability to communicate with people at all levelsExcellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levelsBenefits SummaryCompetitive benefits program, including 401(k) matching, health insurance, flexible spending account, vision, life, paid time off, maternity/paternity/adoption leave, tuition reimbursement, employee retention programs, no politics, performance promotions, bonuses, recognition awards, etc.Equal Opportunity StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, pregnancy, disability, age, veteran status, or other characteristics.Omni Business Solutions is also committed to compliance with all fair employment practices regarding citizenship and immigration status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
