Job Title: Operations AssociateThe role of the Operations Associate is to support our fast-paced global team.This involves a wide range of tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining sales records and ensuring client records are accurate.Responsibilities include working with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, performing daily audits, responding to client inquiries, tracking key metrics and generating reports.You will also provide data-driven insights, create sales materials and provide administrative assistance as required.To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Adaptability and flexibility are essential, as well as experience in sales administration or operations support.The ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment and a problem-solving mindset are also important.We offer a competitive monthly salary, 36 PTOs per year, 100% remote work and professional development opportunities.Core working hours are from 9:00 AM - 14:00 AM EST with three hours flexible.
