They will be involved in further innovating client strategy, optimizing towards higher success metrics, and leveraging senior leaders in the team to further innovate strategy.
They will also be responsible for coaching team members, and seen as a go-to for strategy support and performance optimization.
This is an extremely cross-functional role that will be closely working with creative, content, web, and other departments in the company.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive email marketing strategy for Power Digital clientsManage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as the A/B testing, measurement and reportingBuild and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurementUse data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing programPartner and collaborate cross-functionally with other internal digital channelsDeliver reporting metrics, key learnings and strategic recommendations to clientsInformation sharing, and training team on strategic tactics and implementation toolsEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processesUtilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your departmentQualifications5+ years experience in email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign managementStrong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordinglyHands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similarSMS experienceExpertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approachesWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS for email codingStrong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversationsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Manages 5-7 enterprise or growth accountsBelow 10% client churn rateHitting defined EBITDA goalMost Important Things (MITs)Manage accounts with the highest workflow volume or complexity with positive feedbackLeads trainings and plays an active role in team member development within departmentExceeds profit and revenue per team member success metricsEqual Employment OpportunityPower Digital's people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team's backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
