We are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer to craft responsive, high-performance web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.In this role, you will translate design concepts into clean, maintainable code while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.Your contributions will directly influence the quality and usability of web platforms, ensuring customers have seamless, visually appealing interactions.This is a remote-first role, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects across diverse markets while growing your technical expertise and shaping the front-end architecture.Accountabilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Backend Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and QA to build high-quality web applicationsParticipate in the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning to deployment, offering insights at each stageTranslate design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and librariesDevelop reusable, maintainable, and scalable components, ensuring high performance across platformsTroubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs promptly to maintain seamless user experiencesContinuously improve front-end processes, practices, and tools to enhance development efficiencyEnsure applications meet accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standardsCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders about project progress, challenges, and solutionsRequirements4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, focusing on front-end developmentExpertise in TypeScript and React.js (both Class & Functional Components, React Hooks)Strong knowledge of state management tools and front-end architecture best practicesProficiency in HTML, CSS, and server-side integration using Node.js or similar technologiesExperience creating visually appealing, pixel-perfect applicationsComfort working in a remote-first, distributed team environmentExcellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical team membersA proactive, ownership-driven approach, with strong problem-solving and business-focused thinkingBonus points for experience with SaaS products running 24/7 on major cloud platformsBenefitsCompetitive compensation with stock grant opportunities based on role, employment status, and locationFlexible remote work arrangements, including optional co-working space accessAdditional perks and benefits tailored to employment status and countryOpportunity to work on impactful front-end projects within a collaborative, cross-functional teamContinuous learning and professional growth in a dynamic, distributed work environmentJobgether is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
