About UsWe are a pioneering technology company that specializes in the agile development of innovative products and services.Our goal is to create captivating experiences for users and drive significant growth for our partners.About the RoleWe are seeking skilled Android Engineers to lead mobile application development with a focus on cross-platform initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Jetpack Compose.Experience with iOS development is beneficial as you will help shape cross-platform architecture and deliver seamless Android and iOS experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain mobile applications leveraging KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives, contributing to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products in response to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, ensuring high-quality user experiences.Work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative features.Requirements5+ years of experience in Android development with proficiency in Kotlin.Experience with Android Launcher is beneficial.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture.Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform frameworks.Exposure to or experience with iOS development (Swift or Objective-C) is beneficial.Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI components.Comfortable working on collaborative, fast-paced engineering teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation.
