Brazil - Sr. Accountant

**Are you based in Argentina, Brazil or El Salvador?****US Based Clients.Must be Proficient in English Written and Verbal Skills.****Only Resume Written in English will be Accepted.****Responsibilities**:- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards- Manage general ledger activities and entries- Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions as necessary- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting documentation- Support senior management with financial analysis and decision-making- Guide and mentor junior accounting staff**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations, principles, and procedures (including GAAP)- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and FreshBooks.- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)- Experience with financial reporting and budget management- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- CPA or CMA certification is desirable**Benefits**- 100% Remote- Training & Development- Work From Home
