This is a 100% remote opportunity with the CRM team at Monks, focused on planning, execution and optimization of CRM strategies across channels.We are the largest digital marketing agency in Latin America, working with big brands, and offer development opportunities through training programs on major marketing platforms.
The CRM team handles the design and validation of responsive HTML emails, configuration of campaigns in marketing automation tools, segmentation, scheduling, and the creation and maintenance of email journeys, with results analysis and KPI reporting to drive improvements.Ideal candidates enjoy development, fast learning and analytical capability, and can adapt to each project to find best solutions.
You will actively participate in client project delivery with support for learning and career growth, from home.Responsibilities and dutiesWork within a multidisciplinary squad (with internal CRM leadership) in direct contact with the client, implementing the CRM communication strategy proposed by the client in the CRM Insider platform.Operate the CRM Insider platform using Email, Push, SMS and WhatsApp channels.Create and adjust responsive email templates in HTML.Create and maintain segmentations for sending based on existing data in the CRM platform.Create and schedule timely sends of Email, Push, SMS and WhatsApp.Create and maintain automation journeys/flows for Email, Push, SMS and WhatsApp.Measure campaign results with KPIs such as delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate and conversion; derive insights to propose improvements and optimization.Provide strategic support to the client to identify points to adjust and improve the proposed strategy.Tools and methodologiesMarketing automation and CRM platforms such as Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, among others.Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
Internal collaboration tools (Slack, Google Chat).
Agile methodologies.What you will learn and developCRM strategies and personalized client communication.Management of digital marketing campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.Technical specialization in the project-targeted platform.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperience operating CRM/Email marketing platforms such as Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, among others.Proficiency in HTML for emails.Knowledge of Google Analytics; Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.Experience analyzing CRM campaign results (delivery, opens, clicks) and business metrics (conversion rate, target attainment).
Experience with inbound campaigns and orchestration of automated email/Push/SMS/WhatsApp flows.Ability to work autonomously in multidisciplinary squads.Knowledge of at least one programming language.DifferentialsFluent or advanced English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
