We specialize in data center, routing & switching, WLAN, IPT, security, and contact center technologies. If you're passionate about deploying and maintaining enterprise-grade networks and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesExecute installations, configurations, migrations, and upgrades across multiple vendor systemsTroubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (Routing, Switching, Wireless, VPN, etc.)Ensure SLA compliance and maximum uptimeMentor team members and contribute to process improvementsMaintain test environments and support multi-geo deploymentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfactionTech Stack & ToolsNetworking: Cisco (Routers, Switches, Meraki), Arista, ArubaWireless: Cisco & Aruba WLAN appliancesOptimization & Monitoring: Riverbed, Bluecoat, Infoblox, F5Protocols & Services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VLAN, STP, VTP, Ether ChannelQualificationsSolid hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise network environmentsStrong expertise in Cisco Meraki (MS, MX, WLC/AP)Solid understanding of Layer 2 technologies and IP addressing schemasExperience with OS upgrades and troubleshooting across vendor devicesFamiliarity with cloud or SDN technologies is a plusAdvanced englishSoft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong documentation and customer handling skillsAbility to perform under pressure and drive continuous improvementCertifications PreferredITIL v3CCNP
