About this roleWe are looking for a senior technical leader to act as the chief architect and guide execution at scale.You will be responsible for owning technology direction, technical stakeholder relationships, and strategic alignment for a set of strategic clients.This is a challenging, high-profile, and high-value role that requires a versatile arsenal of skills, technical knowledge, and communication styles.Key responsibilities include:Building trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders through regular meetings and active engagement across initiatives.Leading key client events and contributing content that connects strategic goals with technical execution.Developing and maintaining a technology strategy and roadmap tailored to the client's goals, providing hands-on architectural guidance when needed.Partnering closely with the account team to drive growth by collaborating on strategy and opportunity creation.Writing and guiding scopes, proposals, and pricing estimates, and enabling other leaders to do the same using our processes and templates.Creating and presenting clear deliverables that drive alignment from executives to practitioners.Helping the client operationalize data and AI projects, ensuring ideas move from prototype to production with measurable business impact.Acting as the ultimate owner of technical success for the client, resolving technical and strategic escalations across delivery and acting as a point of accountability for both us and the client.Holding delivery quality to a high standard, onboard new team members effectively, and continuously identifying areas for improvement.Tracking and reporting KPIs that demonstrate client success and business value, using data to inform strategy and improve delivery.Meeting minimum billable utilization requirements within your book of business.Educating internal teams on successful delivery patterns and contributing to our internal playbooks, QBR content, and sales collaboration.Cultivating and managing relationships with key technology partners.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading highly technical engineering teams or serving as the chief architect in a complex, hands-on technical environment.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, operations, or related fields is preferred.
Travel up to 35% may be required.
