Full-Stack Software Engineer PositionAt our company, we believe that every person deserves to be heard and empowered.Our culture is something that people build and shape, not something they join.We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Go Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Go, JavaScript, and cloud technologies.As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with others to build high-quality software solutions, optimize performance, and ensure reliability in a cloud-native infrastructure.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of overall software engineering experience, strong hands-on experience with Go, and proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications.Additionally, the candidate should have upper-intermediate English skills and be able to communicate effectively with international teams.Responsibilities:Contribute to both frontend and backend scripting featuresRemediate the bug backlogDebug and troubleshoot issues as they arisePerform code reviewsEstablish key metrics to identify problems, suggest solutions, and drive resolutionEngage with support teams in triaging and resolving production issuesParticipate in team Agile ceremoniesRequirements:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyExperience with Dart (nice to have)Experience and readiness to work with Python (nice to have)
