Dia a dia do Flow Manager na keeggo:
Orientar o time a como trabalhar com práticas ágeis;
Fazer análises de eficiência operacional dos serviços da organização através de indicadores de produtos e times, como CFD, Lead Time, Throughput para propor melhorias no fluxo de trabalho;
Estimular o time a trabalhar de forma evolucionária e contínua, buscando otimização dos processos e do desenvolvimento;
Realizar assessments para identificar ineficiências no processo e realizar rodadas de melhorias evolutivas (kaizen);
Apoio e suporte às áreas interessadas para ter o melhor entendimento das necessidades de negócio para o time.
- Experiência com práticas ágeis;
- Ter estruturado cerimônias e alinhamentos conduzindo facilitações para o time;
- Ter realizados treinamentos do Método Kanban - KMP (KSD & KSI).
Diferenciais:
- Trabalhado com times remotos;
- Trabalhado em projetos/implementações entre países com idioma inglês e/ou espanhol;
- Ter realizado treinamentos do Método Kanban (KCP e/ou AKC) será considerado um diferencial;
- Ter facilitado dinâmicas de entendimento do produto/serviço através de uma Lean Inception.
