The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in mobile development, is able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and is comfortable delivering high-quality features in fast-paced Agile environments. Experience withSwiftUI or React Native is mandatory, andAndroid experience is a strong plus.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build advanced applications for mobile platforms (iOS primarily, Android is a bonus).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.Maintain clean, testable, well-organized code and contribute to automation processes.Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and modern mobile architectures.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to planning, reviews, and team discussions.Minimum QualificationsMedium-level experience in mobile development (approximately 3–5 years).Proficient inSwiftUI or React Native(at least one is required).Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns and Apple/Google platform guidelines.Solid grasp of the full mobile development life cycle.Experience consuming RESTful APIs.Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAdvanced level of written and oral English proficiency.Preferred QualificationsExperience withUIKit,Combine,CoreData, orRealm.Experience implementing or customizing video playback features (AVPlayer/AVKit or equivalent in React Native).Familiarity withAndroid development(Kotlin/Java).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.Experience with mobile performance tools and optimization techniques.Experience publishing apps to the App Store or Play Store.BenefitsYearly Office Allowance BudgetMacbook Purchase SupportWellbeing SupportIf you think that you are a good fit for the position, please apply through LinkedIn.Only CVs that are in English will be accepted.Flatiron Software Co has a zero tolerance to discrimination policy.
