STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Application Support Analyst / Production Support Analyst to join our Affiliates Technology team. This role focuses on technical-level production support, including environment management, deployment coordination, infrastructure projects, and user support. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams across development, infrastructure, cloud, and security to ensure the stability, reliability, and efficiency of applications supported by the Affiliates IT group.Key ResponsibilitiesEnvironment Management:Manage application environments (database, web, and application servers) used across development, testing, and release stages.Coordinate environment usage by assigning resources to teams and individuals as needed.Manage scheduling, refreshing, and resetting of environments.Release Management:Create and manage release pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, overseeing deployments and associated tasks.Monitor release activities and troubleshoot deployment issues.Infrastructure and Maintenance:Lead and support infrastructure-related projects, including server upgrades and disaster recovery (DR) testing.Conduct periodic application/server maintenance (e.g., password rotations, SSL certificate renewals).Production Support:Investigate, track, and resolve production issues in collaboration with global support and development teams.Create and manage support tickets, ensuring compliance with SOX and regulatory Change/Release Management procedures.Communicate system status and issue resolution updates with end-users and stakeholders.Testing and Documentation:Contribute to root cause analysis, bug fix validation, and testing activities.Write and execute test scripts and release plans.Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and projects.Collaboration & Communication:Work across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams to coordinate initiatives and resolve issues.Participate in regular team and project meetings.Maintain a real-time workboard (e.g., in Asana) to track progress and communicate status with leadership.Required Skills and QualificationsHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, particularly pipelines, builds, repositories, version control, and deployment error handling.Strong understanding of server/network architecture, web development technologies, and relational databases.Familiarity with Agile development and SDLC processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both technical teams and end-users.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and initiative.Ability to read and write technical documentation, requirements, and test scripts.Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary for critical support.Recommended Skills & ExperienceMSSQL / T-SQL proficiency.Familiarity with:Slack (including Workflow Builder)Asana (Workflow Builder)Service NowPower ShellOffice 365, including Excel macrosMS Power AppsETL tools (e.g., Alteryx)Development experience with OO languages: Java,. NET, C#, Visual StudioKnowledge of automation and workflow/process toolsBilingualism (Spanish) is a plus for global communication.Understanding of the broadcast industry and signal distribution technologies is a plus.Open Position in MX
