OverviewSenior AI Product Owner - Remote (LATAM Based).We are a leading Product Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Team Augmentation studio focused on leveraging cutting-edge technology to create digital products and solutions.We aim to turn ideas into AI-powered capabilities that improve internal workflows and services.ResponsibilitiesOpportunity Discovery: Identify where AI can create value in internal processes by improving efficiency, reducing cost, or unlocking new capabilities.AI Roadmapping: Prioritize opportunities and transform them into a long-term AI solutions roadmap.Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch and iterative enhancements based on user feedback.Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with ML, engineering, and design to scope, test, and iterate on AI products and features.Lead Backlog Creation: Draft user stories based on discovery and roadmap, refining them with the tech team to create a clear backlog.Evaluation & Measurement: Define success metrics for pilots and track outcomes such as time saved, user satisfaction, or reduction in manual effort.Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with stakeholders across the organization to secure buy-in and align with broader business objectives.What We're Looking For5+ years in product management, product strategy, innovation, or digital transformation roles.Demonstrated experience with AI or data-driven products.Strong expertise in process mapping (e.g., BPMN, VSM, journey maps) and using them for product discovery.Proven ability to translate complex business problems into AI product opportunities.Experience in lean experimentation and early-stage product development.Familiarity with AI frameworks, LLM tools, and responsible AI practices.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.Preferred QualificationsBackground in strategy consulting or innovation roles in tech or AI startups.Familiarity with agile experimentation frameworks (e.g., dual-track agile, design sprints, discovery spikes).Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional AI squads (ML, data science, UX, product).What Do We OfferCompetitive USD salary20 business days of vacation per year + 6 national holidaysFamily LeaveA dynamic remote work culture.You can work from AnywhereAn entrepreneurial environment.About UsIn **** our founders dreamed up a company that could positively impact the world.Since then, we are in permanent evolution and revolution that brings us closer to our goal.We create amazing digital products with the power to impact lives and pursue entrepreneurial vision and creativity as part of our DNA.DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Product Management and MarketingIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
