**Let's Start with the Role**
**As a Paralegal Project Manager, you will**
**Project Management**
- Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to drive successful outcomes.
**Executive Support**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
**Paralegal Support**
- Assist with corporate governance tasks, including board meeting preparation and minute-taking.
- Maintain legal files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external counsel and legal teams on various legal matters.
**Office Administration**
- Optimize office operations by developing and implementing efficient systems and processes.
- Manage expense reporting, vendor contracts, and office supply procurement.
- Act as a liaison between departments to foster collaboration and operational efficiency.
**What You'll Bring**
- Highly analytical, hands-on professional who works independently and proactively to deliver effective solutions.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in designing and optimizing litigation management processes.
- Adaptable and hard-working, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with big ambitions.
**Ideal Background**
- Experience working in law firms or in-house legal departments.
- Proven track record of implementing legal tools and systems in previous roles.
- Certification in Project Management.
- Strong believer in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
