environment.We are looking for a Domain Architect Host and Cloud, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid, in the city of São Paulo.In this role you will: The Domain Architect – Host and Cloud is responsible for structuring, governing, and accelerating the integration of on-premises infrastructures, data centers, and cloud environments of Brasil and Canada's operations.Its role is to ensure robustness, resilience, security, and scalability in sustaining the main systems, supporting digitalization, automation, energy optimization, ESG, and industrial innovation projects.He will work directly on critical migration, modernization and platform integration projects, leading best practices in cloud computing, edge/fog, hybrid architecture, infrastructure automation, regulatory compliance and performance.This professional will have a strategic role with the global IT, technical operations, security, and business teams, sustaining and transforming multi-site and multicultural technological environment.Main Responsibilities Define, document and evolve host (mainframe, midrange, industrial servers) and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud) infrastructure architecture standards, aligned with global demands and multi-cloud/hybrid strategies.Lead digital transformation projects, including migration of on-premises loads to the cloud, integration of critical infrastructures, automation, containerization, Dev Ops and continuous improvement of environments.Orchestrate the implementation of solutions oriented to resilience, cybersecurity, scalability, disaster recovery, advanced backup and cost optimization.Ensure adherence to international security standards (ISO *****, NIST, LGPD, GDPR, PIPEDA) and best practices in data governance and operations.Support the design and implementation of robust network, storage, virtualization, automation, edge/fog topologies in complex and distributed environments.Develop and maintain advanced technical documentation: diagrams, manuals, processes, automation templates, observability policies, and operational standards.Follow trends and innovation in cloud, edge, intelligent infrastructure, green IT and automation, evaluating adoption opportunities in operations.Direct interface with Operations, Engineering, Dev Ops, Security, Business and global architecture teams.Produce complete documentation, guides, contingency plans, training, and best practices for support and operation teams.Participate in forums, workshops, and innovation projects to keep the technological environment in line with global trends.Requirements and Competencies Essential Requirements (Hard Skills) Higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems or related areas.Minimum experience of 8 years in technological infrastructure architecture, with relevant performance in complex multi-cloud environments, critical data centers and automation.Mastery of architecture, automation and management of hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud, colocation, edge/fog) at corporate scale, with hands-on experience in Azure, AWS, GCP.Solid track record in network governance, storage, virtualization, backup, industrial topologies, data protection and technological integration of critical environments (OT/IT).Real experience in projects to migrate systems, workloads or data centers to the cloud, with planning, execution and monitoring of results.Excellence in infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, ARM, Cloud Formation), observability, cycled and advanced monitoring.Practice with compliance and security: zero-trust, IAM, encryption, vulnerability management, disaster recovery.Fluent English (essential), advanced Portuguese/Spanish desirable for Brazil-Canada integration.Soft Skills Technical leadership, positive influence and ability to build consensus across areas, countries and cultures.Strategic and analytical capacity to design dynamic and multicultural environments.Focus on value delivery, continuous improvement and innovation.Differentials / Nice to Have: Certification: Azure/AWS/GCP Architect, VMware, Cisco, LPIC, TOGAF, ITIL Expert.Experience with OT/IT integration (industrial environments, mining, remote automation), edge/fog.Experience with architectures for sustainability: Green IT, energy saving, resource optimization.Previous experience in mainframe/midrange modernization projects, containerization, SRE/metrics.Participation in global forums, technical communities, presentations, publications.Expected Skills & Deliverables, Impact: Detailed reference architecture for host and cloud environments, including integration, automation, observability, and resiliency solutions.Execution of strategic migration and modernization projects with a focus on performance, innovation, compliance and operational excellence.Support for the adoption of global standards of governance, security and cost/efficiency optimization in the Brazil and Canada environments.Dissemination of good practices, technical mentoring for internal teams and continuous training.Acting as an innovation agent,
