About the OpportunityOur team is seeking a highly experienced and strategic product designer who thrives on solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering intuitive, scalable product experiences in fast-paced startup environments.We are looking for an expert to lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and enterprise software, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team;Requirements:Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams;Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security or technical tools;Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside product managers and engineers;Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
