Job AdvertInternal Job Title**:Project Manager**Business Area**:Lucy Electric**Location**: Araucaria, Brazil**Job Reference No**:********Job Purpose**:Manages projects, plans their execution and monitors the established scope and the progress of routines, in order to meet established goals, deadlines and costs.Identifies risks to study ways to mitigate impacts and correct actions.**Job Context**Management of the physical financial schedule of the current projectElaborate plans and strategies aimed at fulfilling the Area's budgets.Carry out Scope, Time, Cost and Risk Management, through PMBOK practices, of highly complex projects.Conduct follow-up meetings, together with the responsible engineers, of the project schedule.Be responsible for control actions resulting from schedule monitoring meetings.Manage all contracts involved in the undertaking in which it operates, with contracted companies, as well as within the organization itself.Coordinate communication between all areas involved in the enterprise in which it operates.Represent the area in corporate meetings on physical and financial performance.**Job Dimension**The role will report to the General Manger.Has a team of 3 to 4 people composed of Contract Analyst Junior to Senior, Field technical and specialist and interns.**Key Accountabilities**These will include:**Project Management and Guidance**Review reports and presentations to support delivery of the review process.**Project Handover**Manage the customer contract inside organization after the handover from sales department.**Customer Service**Carry out a range of customer service activities, including handling customer complaints to seek a swift resolution.**Audit Compliance ISO**Maintain all ISO processes in conformance with the guidelines.**Stakeholder Management**Responsible to interact with the supply chain (internal and external) in order to keep track of the project aligned with customer expectations.**Behavioural Competencies****Execution**:This needs to be a person who walks the talk and focuses on execution.All of your plans are in vain if they're poorly implemented.That's why project managers focus on making sure that the execution phase is performed as efficiently as possible.**Decision-making**:Project managers need to make decisions when leading the project.Most of the time, they don't have all the necessary information, but they need to be decisive and come to a conclusion, because any decision is better than no decision.**Communication**:**Team management**:A project manager leads the team that executes the project, so they need to be well-versed in managing a team.**Critical thinking**:**Leadership**:Project management requires a project manager who won't just act as a manager, but as a leader.They will need to inspire and organize their people, especially when it comes to tight deadlines and sprints.Good project managers will not only lead their people, but also handle all external communications with various stakeholders and assure everyone that the project will be handled well.**Skills****Project Communications Management**Works at high level to ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, archiving, and disposition of project information.Typically works with guidance.**Strategy development**:Project managers create project plans, so they need to have a strategic mindset.They need to realize what is possible and realistic, and create a clear strategy on how they will execute the plan with the resources they have.**Business acumen**:Project managers need to understand business principles and make sure that, when creating project plans, they keep the company's business goals in mind.**Verbal Communication**Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills with guidance to express ideas, influence actions and formulate plans or policies.**English Language**Has advanced to fluent level of understanding both verbal and written**Microsoft Office/Teams**Can use the full range of Microsoft office products at an intermediate level including, excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook and Teams
