Quality Control SpecialistInnovative and forward-thinking individuals are encouraged to apply for the Quality Control Specialist position.We are seeking a highly skilled professional to guarantee the quality of our products.This role is responsible for ensuring that our hydraulic components and systems meet the required standards for our customers.Main Responsibilities:Interpret test results and compare them to established specifications.Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products.Collect and document data from quality tests, inspections, and audits.Perform visual inspections and provide assistance to production staff.Identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in finished products or processes.Provide regular reports and updates on quality control test results.Guide production and quality control staff on quality standards and testing procedures.Lead the creation of quality documents for customer projects.Implement and roll out the company's global Quality Management System across the Jundiai plant.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control for Industrial plants in Brazil.Conversational English is a must; Spanish proficiency is desirable.Proficiency in Office Package & CAD viewing is necessary, with PowerBI tools being a plus.What We Offer:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and quality control, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a significant contribution to our organization's success.
