This position reports to the Senior Engineer Manager for Next-Gen Experience.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of highly experienced Software Engineers as a technical leadSpend ~70% on coding and ~30% mentoringGuide and mentor development efforts towards successful project deliveryArchitect and implement new React components and frontend applicationsDocument architectural designs with diagrams and flows in tools like MiroBuild and test designs, formulations, materials, or systems for quality/performance standardsTest new applications and services across environmentsGauge platform performance and optimize system behaviorAnalyze requirements, define problems, and propose solutionsProvide information by collecting and summarizing development and service issuesCollaborate with Product and Design; stay current with development methodologiesWork with Principal and Distinguished Engineers to design scalable solutionsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years as a Fullstack Engineer5+ years with TypeScript5+ years with React3+ years with C# .
NET or Java3+ years with Node1+ years mentoringExperience with NoSQL Databases (DynamoDB preferred)Advanced English required for work with US clientsHiring process1.
