## Lead Software Engineer - Adquirência - Mercado PagoSudeste,Brazil* Liderar a execução de iniciativas em produtos de meios de pagamento, garantindo a saúde e escalabilidade das aplicações e garantir a execução eficiente e sustentável dessas iniciativas, atuando na evolução do produto e robustez técnica das soluções.* Impulsionar a transformação contínua da engenharia por meio do uso estratégico de Inteligência Artificial em processos de desenvolvimento, adotando ferramentas assistidas e automatizando tarefas repetitivas* Guiar a estratégia técnica e a operação da equipe, garantindo entregas com padrões de qualidade, escalabilidade e resiliência, por meio de decisões orientadas por dados e colaboração próxima.* Mentorar a equipe para o crescimento técnico e comportamental, incentivando o uso consciente de IA e boas práticas de engenharia, servindo como referência prática e estratégica.* Co-criar planos trimestrais e gerir backlog, estimativas e prioridades, equilibrando entregas imediatas e melhorias contínuas.* Atuar na gestão de incidentes e vulnerabilidades, participando ativamente de decisões de arquitetura com foco em modernização e observabilidade.* Possuir sólida experiência liderando ou sendo referência técnica em times de desenvolvimento backend.* Ter atuado como Backend Software Engineer* Contar com habilidades de comunicação e análise de problemas* Ter tido vivência com metodologias ágeis e dominar métricas* Possuir conhecimento em arquiteturas distribuídas, banco de dados, e ferramentas de IA.* Ter domínio, pelo menos a nível intermediário do espanhol, será considerado um plus.Habilidades principalesASP.NETAPIAgileAmazon Web Services (AWS)Agile MethodologiesJava1.Senior Software Engineer2.Software Project Leader3.Senior Software Developer4.Lead Software Engineer5.Software Engineer#J-*****-Ljbffr
