Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain documentation for cybersecurity domains such as:Privileged Access Management (PAM)Identity & Access Management (IAM)Threat Detection & ResponseForensics & Incident HandlingVulnerability ManagementTranslate complex security concepts into clear, actionable content for technical and non-technical audiences.Create SOPs, runbooks, and compliance documentation aligned with standards like NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO *****.Document security workflows, architecture diagrams, and system configurations.Support PRF (Position Request Form) documentation and domain/sub-domain mapping for hiring and onboarding.Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure documentation reflects current tools, processes, and threat landscapes.Participate in security reviews, audits, and training sessions to gather insights for documentation.Maintain version control and ensure timely updates post security changes or tool upgrades.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.Experience in technical writing for cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks.Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown, MS Word).Familiarity with SIEM, PAM, IAM, and endpoint protection platforms.Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation streams.At HCLTech, we don't just offer jobs — we offer journeys.Join a global team where your work drives innovation, your ideas matter, and your growth is supported every step of the way.Why Choose HCLTech?Be part of a purpose-led organization with a global footprintCollaborate with diverse teams across bordersWork on cutting-edge technologies in enterprise integrationEnjoy career mobility, continuous learning, and a culture of inclusionReady to#FindYourSparkand be part of a team that's#SuperchargingProgress ?Apply nowor reach out to learn more about this exciting opportunity
