For over 28 years, the CET LOGISTICS Group has been present in Foreign Trade.It began its activities in the Oil and Gas segment, specializing in large projects.Currently, it also specializes in integrated and international logistics for multimodal freight transport, operating in the world s most important commercial areas.The Group is involved in global projects for a wide range of industries, developing door-to-door services that include: cargo collection at its origin, strategic planning, distribution, tracking, shipping, and customs clearance.In recent years, CET has significantly expanded its area of expertise, with extensive know-how and an excellent market reputation, offering its clients customized solutions throughout the logistics chain, with quality, agility, accountability, and transparency.Our offices and hubs are located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Houston, USA, Rotterdam, Netherlands, and Aberdeen, Scotland.Today, CET serves its client base with over 250 logistics specialists located in different regions of the world.Learn more about CET LOGISTICS and all our services on our website: Description of Activities:· Respect and fulfill the internal rules from the Company;· Follow up PO receipt and its insertion in Systray together with Expediting Department;· Open physical and electronic folders with the necessary documents for each process/PO, as well as update the internal system with the relevant information;· Monitor the collection of cargo and its receipt in our warehouse or specific delivery address;· Analyse and solve physical and documental discrepancies/deviations with the supplier and customer;· Issue Material Receipts according to the physical checking of the cargo and submit the MR for Translation and Classification analysis;· Issue weekly reports to the client;· Issue invoices and packing lists; · Request and handle bookings; · Send pre-alerts; · Monitor cargo s arrival in destination; · Billing.Requisitos:Schooling:Bachelor Degree or Technical CollegeMinimal Experience: 1-2 yearsRescribe the relevant skills (technical and behavioural) skills:- Respect and fulfill the internal rules from the Company;- Expertise in end to end solutions;- Ability to identify issues and develop efficient solutions based on technical knowledge;- Teamwork;- Communication; - Critical Thinking;- InitiativeReport the desired work experience (skills and time of experience):- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in providing logistical solutions, ensuring operations are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner;- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and lead projects to successful completion.Report the desired languages, computer courses, and respective proficiency levels:Languages: English – AdvancedInformatics: IntermediateBenefíciosMedical AssistanceDental AssistanceLife InsuranceFood VouchersMeal VouchersTransportation Voucher or Fuel AllowanceTotalpass/GympassDaycare Assistance
