Job Title: Senior Full Stack EngineerReports to:Director of EngineeringPosition OverviewTheSenior Full Stack Engineerwill play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our company's core business applications.We're seeking a true systems analyst who thrives on solving complex business challenges and translating them into robust, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions.This individual should be equally comfortable working on both thefront-end (React)andback-end (PHP, PostgreSQL, SQL)of modern web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.Strong English communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll be working closely with internal stakeholders, product owners, and developers across global teams.You should be able to clearly articulate technical concepts, document your work effectively, and participate in discussions and code reviews with confidence.What You Will DoReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.The individual in this position will be expected, on a regular basis, to:Design, develop, and maintain back-end functionality for enterprise-level business applications using PHP andPostgreSQL .Build and enhance interactive, responsive front-end interfaces usingReactand modern JavaScript frameworks.Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to enhance our company's product line and ensure optimal system performance.Write clean, well-structured, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.Participate in architectural discussions and help define technical direction for new features and system improvements.Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development, contributing ideas for process and tool improvements.Mentor, guide, and provide technical support to junior developers and team members.Communicate effectively with non-technical teams and management to explain technical solutions in a clear, professional manner.Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability of code.What You Will BringProven ability to write clean, well-documented, and well-tested code (samples may be requested).Strong understanding ofPHP ,PostgreSQL , andSQL , with hands-on experience in designing, optimizing, and maintaining relational databases.Proficiency withReactor other modern front-end frameworks for building scalable, interactive web interfaces.Experience withobject-oriented programming (OOP)principles and design patterns.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software.Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish communication skills , with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working inagile, team-based environments .Experience in thelogistics, supply chain, or transportationindustry is a plus.Enjoys documenting code and processes, sharing knowledge, and continuously improving both personal and team skills.Comfortable working in aremote, fast-paced, and globally distributed environment .Minimum Qualifications10+ years of experiencein full stack development, including both back-end and front-end technologies.Hands-on experience withPHP, PostgreSQL, SQL, and Reactin production environments.Demonstrated ability tolead complex projectsfrom conception to deployment.Strong understanding ofsoftware development life cycle (SDLC)principles andagile methodologies .Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field(or equivalent experience).
